What support is available to help me reach my target?
Our fundraising team is on hand to help you achieve your target and ensure your fundraising is as enjoyable as possible. We want you to be as successful as possible so you can fund as much care as possible, and we have lots of ideas, hints, and tips to help you spread your target and break it down into small manageable bite-sized chunks.
What I want to do isn’t listed in your events calendar. Can I still do it?
Yes of course you can – just get in touch with our Fundraising team by calling 01726 66868 option 3 or drop an email to fundraising@cornwallhospice.co.uk and we’ll be there to support you with inspiration, ideas and our branded supplies.
I’d like to hold a fundraising event for you and wondered what you offer by way of support materials?
Thank you for thinking of us, we really appreciate it! You can download our Fundraising information pack here – you’ll also find lots of other resources such as sponsor forms, printable bunting, invitations, blank poster templates and more there too.
I have raised some money for you - how do I pay it in?
You can pay in your fundraising or sponsorship monies right here securely on our website by clicking here. Alternatively you can hand deliver monies to our Fundraising Offices at St Austell or Hayle. You can also post monies to us with a covering letter with your contact details and how you raised the money – please do this by cheque – don’t send cash through the post. Cheques should be made payable to “Cornwall Hospice Care” and if posted, our address is Cornwall Hospice Care Fundraising Department, Units 10-11 Daniels Lane, Holmbush, St Austell, Cornwall, PL25 3HS.
I’d like to do an overseas trek or challenge for you. Can I do that?
Yes you can! We work closely with a number of trusted partners to offer overseas adventures including walking treks, cycles and more. Checkout our Global Challenges event page to find out more.
You’re registered with the Fundraising Regulator. What does that mean?
This means that we promise to be honest, fair and open about our fundraising with you, our supporters. We want to reassure you that we will fundraise in a responsible way and, if you don’t think we’re meeting these high standards then we will take your views seriously. I‘m organising a fundraiser for you. How can I let you know about what I’m doing?
Firstly thank you for choosing to support us! To let us know about your fundraising event, you can complete our online form HERE and one of our Fundraising team will get in touch with you.
Alternatively, you can give our team a call on 01726 66868 and choose option 3 and we can chat about what you’ve got planned. Once we have all the details, we can add your event to our website calendar too.
How do I get one of your collection tins or buckets?
To request one of our collection tins or buckets you can complete our simple online form HERE and one of our Fundraising team will get in touch with you to organise this.
Alternatively, you can give our team a call on 01726 66868 and choose option 3.
How can I send a donation by cheque?
You can make a donation to us by cheque – please make your cheque payable to “Cornwall Hospice Care” and send it, with your contact details and the reason for your donation to:

Please do not send cash to us through the post.
I have a cash donation - how can I get this to you?
Please do not send cash to us through the post. If you have a cash donation for us, you can drop this money in to our Hospice reception desks at St Julia’s Hospice in Hayle and Mount Edgcumbe Hospice in St Austell, or at our Fundraising Office at Holmbush, St Austell. Please ensure you include your contact details and the reason for your donation, so we can thank you properly.
