Join us for Walk Talk Kernow Par – a stroll from Par Running Track to Par Beach on Friday 4th April 2025, meeting at Par Track Cafe at 10.00am to register.
Walk Talk Kernow is a FREE adult bereavement support group run by Cornwall Hospice Care. Whilst walking in nature, each group provides a space for those who are bereaved and seeking social connections with others.
We will meet outside the cafe by the tables at Par Running Track. We will stroll (an amble NOT a ramble) through Par to the footpaths through Par Sands Holiday Park along the beach and duck pond returning to the Cafe for refreshments.
Key Information for Walk Talk Kernow Par
- The walk will be approximately a mile, mainly flat, starting on pavements and then a well surfaced pathway and sandy beach.
- Please wear suitable clothes and footwear, depending on the weather.
- Well behaved dogs on a lead are welcome.
- Our team will be wearing Cornwall Hospice Care lanyards so do look out for them.
- Free parking available.
