Our Palliative Care Emergencies training course will address recognition, assessment and management of palliative care emergencies.
It is aimed at all health and social care staff caring for people in the last years of life.
The training session will cover:-
- Identifying and differentiating between medical and non-medical emergencies that can occur in Palliative Care
- Exploring the signs and symptoms that indicate that a Palliative Care Emergency may be developing
- Examining the management and treatment options
A certificate will be awarded upon completion of the session.
