Living wage employee

We’re delighted to announce that our charity is now an accredited Living Wage Employer. This means that every member of staff that work with us will earn a real Living Wage.

This is higher than the government’s minimum, or National Living Wage, and is an independently calculated hourly rate of pay that’s based on the actual cost of living. It’s calculated each year and is announced by the Living

Wage Foundation as part of Living Wage Week. The 2022/2023 rate is currently £10.90 in the UK, rising to £12.00 in 2023/2024.
